What has been changed:
-Adjusted the character stats to 999 HP/MP and 99 for the rest.
-Decked out each party member with the some of the best equipment.
NOTE: You will need a 1.0 US release of the rom file without a header. I am unsure if this patch works for the Japanese or European rom file.
